Manafa Tech is looking for an HR Executive for a new role in our HR team.

Responsibilities

Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and shortlisting profiles.

Communication: Communicating to candidates on linkedin and email on daily basis communicate within office for issue resolving, gradience handling and communicate between employees and management for better coordination

Operations: Attendance track, help in policy making, gathering data and implementation

Should be able to communicate well in English(considering management is not in Pakistan)

Should be able to take initiatives

Requirements

• Should be a Business Graduate
  
• Should have 2-3 Years of HR Experience
  
• Should have Experience in Recruitment, professional write ups(emails) and operations
  
• Should be fluent in English
  
• Should be a people person
  
• A good team player
  
• Should have the market knowledge and active on linkedin
  
• Should be able to take initiatives
